Lauren Conrad and Stephanie Pratt: BFFs?

Given the bitterness and hatred within Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag/Spencer Pratt, it’s hard to believe that Spencer’s sister Stephanie has made it into LC’s ‘circle of trust.’

The two “Hills” hotties were spotted out and about in West Hollywood yesterday looking like best gal pals and hamming it up for the cameras.
