When you’re a rich and famous reality TV star, or NFL stud for that matter, taking a week and heading to the Caribbean is less about “if” and more about “when.” And Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend Reggie Bush decided

that “when” is now.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” babe and her New Orleans Saints hunk were spotted on the sun soaked sands of the Dominican Republic earlier that week looking fabulous in their swimwear.
