Fresh off of her engagement announcement, Kelly Osbourne showed off her type new bling during a shopping trip on Melrose Blvd with her puppy on Wednesday (November 18).

Kelly’s 18-year-old model boyfriend Luke Worrell first broke the news when he changed his Facebook online relationship status to “engaged to Kelly Osbourne.”
