Recovered from a recent ankle injury, “Ghost Whisperer” actress Jennifer Love Hewitt spent her Saturday by the side of fiance Ross McCall.

The duo started things

off with a walk around their Los Angeles neighborhood with Jen smiling ear-to-ear as she showed off her band new puppy to the following paparazzi.
