Enjoying a beautiful sunny southern California afternoon yesterday, Hilary Duff was spotted grabbing a quick cup of coffee in Studio City before making her way to the Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills.

“War, Inc.” stunner was looking summer sexy in a blue and grey tank top teamed with a pair of white trousers and light brown heels as she chatted away on her mobile phone.
