It’s finally here - Halloween!  And last night we saw Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt jaunting around Los Angeles in some very fun costumes!

The

“Hills” hotties decided to go with a law enforcement theme, with Heidi playing a sexy policewoman, while Spencer assumed the role as the submissive prisoner.
