Miley Cyrus spent Monday afternoon with her family, Billy Ray, Leticia “Tish” and the rest of the gang, as they dined out at City Work in Studio City.

The fashionable family was out in celebration of papa Billy Ray’s 47th birthday, with the group being greeted by fans and the paparazzi upon arrival.
