Maybe there was a reason for her sudden engagement announcement, as breaking reports claim that Ashlee Simpson is pregnant with her first child.

According to an US Weekly source,

the Pieces Of Me singer and her Fall Out Boy bassist fiance Pete Wentz are the latest couple to join the never-ending list of expecting celebrities.
